Weekday Mincha is said without a full repetition. The first three blessings are said aloud by the hazzan, including kedusha:
The congregation then finish their prayer silently. The reader prays silently until the middle of Shemang Kolenu, and when he sees that most of the congregation have finished their Amidah, he completes his aloud.
